Q: Can people from out of State come onto the Cheyenne River Reservation.
A: Vehicles with out of State Licence plates will be turned around at the checkpoints unless passengers can prove they are Residents of the reservation or possess a valid travel permit.

Q: What level of the Covid-19 Response Plan is currently active?
A: As of July 31 the reservation is on level 3 of the plan as outlined here

Q: Is there a curfew?
A: Yes, as of May 24 there is a mandatory curfew from 10pm-5am Mountain time each day, the full quarantine order can be found in, Executive Order 02.5-2020-CR

Q Is the stay at home order mandatory?
A: No as of April 30 the Stay at home order outlined in, Executive Order #2.3 – Stay-at-Home is a recemendation and is not mandatory, the executive order lists examples of essential activities as: Health and safety, necessary supplies, outdoor activity, care of others, protection of closed business, or to go to work in businesses such as health care and public health, human services, essential infrastructure, essential governmental function, farming, ranching, auto repair and supply, animal care, gas stations, banks, electrical, plumbing, HVAC needs.
